Overview

I am an executive leader, educator, and public policy strategist based in Ellicott City, Maryland, with more than fifteen years of experience across juvenile justice, behavioral health, education, and workforce systems. My work focuses on leadership, accountability, and helping institutions and communities move from intention to action.

Leadership & Perspective

My approach is grounded in responsibility, collaboration, and execution. I believe meaningful change requires both vision and follow-through: clear goals paired with practical action. Originally from Caruthersville, Missouri, and shaped by twelve years in rural Arkansas, my experience spans rural and urban communities, policy-informed environments, and mission-driven organizations.

Current Work

I am Founder and Executive Director of Together for You, Inc., a Maryland nonprofit serving youth, families, and communities, and Founder and Principal Consultant of Hollywood Enterprise & Associates, LLC, which advises nonprofits, government agencies, and schools. I also teach as an adjunct professor at the University of Baltimore, including in its college-in-prison program, and at Anne Arundel Community College.

Previous Roles

I served as Deputy Director of NAMI Maryland in 2025, and as a Program Associate in the Center for Systems Innovation at the Annie E. Casey Foundation from 2022 to 2024. From 2017 to 2022 I held leadership roles at Arkansas Early Learning, Inc., where I managed and monitored a $27 million federally funded Head Start portfolio across 13 counties.
