Managed and monitored Head Start and Early Head Start programs across 13 counties, secured $5.7M+ in non-federal share contributions, and achieved 100% audit compliance three years running.
National systems reform
Supported multi-state initiatives in juvenile justice, child welfare, and family strengthening, including efforts to reduce youth incarceration.
Statewide operations
As Deputy Director, oversaw operations, state-funded grants, compliance, HR, and partnerships for Maryland's NAMI affiliate.
