James Earl Hollywood III is an executive leader, educator, and speaker based in Ellicott City, Maryland. He is Founder and Executive Director of Together for You, Inc., Founder and Principal Consultant of Hollywood Enterprise & Associates, and an adjunct professor at the University of Baltimore and Anne Arundel Community College.

James Earl Hollywood III is an executive leader, educator, and public policy strategist with more than fifteen years of experience across juvenile justice, behavioral health, education, and workforce systems. He is Founder and Executive Director of Together for You, Inc., a Maryland nonprofit serving youth and families, and Founder and Principal Consultant of Hollywood Enterprise & Associates. He previously served as Deputy Director of NAMI Maryland and as a Program Associate at the Annie E. Casey Foundation. James teaches at the University of Baltimore and Anne Arundel Community College, chairs the Global Boys Council, and serves on the Maryland Comptroller’s Climate Advisory Council. Originally from Caruthersville, Missouri, he is a minister and father of nine.
